Workshops

Each month there are usually public workshops and a meditation class. The Workshops explore the experience of our universe and beyond and your connectedness to all of life everywhere.

The meditation classes are held at a private residence  in the Mount Shasta area. Afterwards there is a Potluck – bring food to share.

The Mount Shasta Events are sponsored by Hayehwatha Institute, a Nonprofit Educational Organization. Hayehwatha Institute has been developing programs for University of the Universe since the late 1990s.
