Objective of University of the Universe
There are many ways to know the spiritual. Almost 96 percent of the world’s population, as an integral part of everyday life, offer respect to and seek guidance from their ancestors through rituals and prayers. Most world traditions speak of heaven(s) as a place where people go after they leave this earth. The Eastern traditions provide extensive knowledge of the inner self, consciousness and the process of enlightenment. Some traditions see the fundamental energies of the universe as alive presences filled with intelligence. People seek communication with ascended masters and spiritual beings to help them with their lives on earth and beyond.
And the list goes on and on.
Today many people believe that spiritual beings and spiritual realms in the universe, as well as the presence of the universe, do not exist because they cannot be proven scientifically. There are many experiences in life that are abstract, yet real. For example, the experiences of having thoughts and feelings are real, yet their physical presence is not possible to prove to another person.
Americans, for the most part, think pragmatically. However, recently scientists and academicians have been able to take the abstract concept of consciousness and find parallels in the various fields of science, most notably the quantum field, to validate the existence of consciousness.
As an extension of the research into consciousness, University of the Universe predicts that in the future scientists and academicians will research the existence and phenomenon of spiritual planes within our universe and beyond as well as the presence of the universe itself.
They will also locate and interact with the energetic forces of the universe and spiritual beings that are able to assist humanity to improve human life on earth. The challenge of connecting people with the spiritual realms of our universe forms an objective of University of the Universe.
